My Story...
It all starts with my very first job out of college, August 2005. I worked for a printing company in Garner, KS as a graphic artist setting up re-press production. Promoted quickly, I moved into marketing where I traveled the country selling our products while getting to know the print and promotional products industry.
With this experience, I was able to really see what the industry was all about. Very fascinated, I started to research distributors local to me in Kansas City. I wanted to sell all these fun and creative products I kept seeing at tradeshows. It didn’t take long to find Sourcepoint in 2009. It was the perfect fit as I started by assisting the owners with order follow ups, artwork layouts, billing, managing in-house accounts and more! We were small and mighty with only 3 employees. This allowed me to get to know our process, develop, and soon move into outside sales.
I’ve been in outside sales since 2011 and LOVE it! It’s the best of both worlds in getting to personally know my clients, search for items to help brand their business on the daily, and have a flexible schedule to still be available for my kids! Keeping up with the trends is so fun and love that there are always new products being created that I get to share with my clients! I’ve also enjoyed seeing our company grow over the last 10 years with over 20+ employees and tremendous increase in sales volume.
